Business Meeting
Before making a sample, firstly discuss the basic knowledge of Sunteam. Then the sample’s design, the leather article, and other raw materials, metal accessories, etc.
Making Samples
According to the meeting, our marketing department will purchase raw materials in China while the factory will purchase leather from our own Bangladesh tannery. Normally need 20-30days to finish the sample.
Modification&Meeting
Discuss the modification of the first samples together with clients by email or by video. We also will give clients professional suggestions.
Sample Finiash
Produce the revised sample based on modification points. We send out samples and in the meaning time also send the best quotation by email to customers.
Contract
For trail order, it is allowed small qty for a try to understand our quality. After all details well confirmed,we made a contract
Bulk Materials
Produce leather from Bangladesh or purchase from Italy which depends on your request.For other raw materials, we purchase from China.
Bulk Order Production
Cutting and inspect the panels.
Skiving，glue, inspect the sewing and other processes to produce the products.
Inspection
Strictly inspect the products according to the prescribed standards,By our internal inspection and third party during inline and after products, all finished.
Packing and Hand over goods
Packing of the products according to client specified requirements. Deliver the goods to the designated place by the agreed shipping date.
